These are the ground rules for using USA SEO Online. By opening an account or placing an order you accept them.

Your account and balance
You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding contract. Keep your login safe, because orders made from your account are treated as yours.
Balance is added in the dashboard and spent on baskets. That is all it is. It is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest. Invoices and proforma invoices are available when you need them.
Adding to the basket costs nothing. You are charged only when you pay the basket.
What you agree to
Point links only at sites you own or are allowed to promote. Do not order links to pages that are illegal, deceptive or that break the rules of the donor site.
You are responsible for the pages you promote and for what you tell us to write. If you supply your own article, you confirm it is yours to publish.
We may refuse or cancel an order that looks unlawful or abusive. In that case the cost of the affected order stays in your balance.
What we do, and where it ends
We publish the link you ordered on the site you chose, with an article drafted by software unless you supplied your own. Placements are intended to be permanent.
We cannot control third parties. A publisher might remove a page, change a site or shut down. If a placement disappears early, tell us through the account page and we will look at it.
Search engines act on their own. Links are one signal among many, so we do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or revenue. Nothing we write is a promise of a result.

Liability and changes
We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
